ZAKRES OBOWIĄZKÓW:

• bieżąca obsługa i monitorowanie stanu sprawności technicznej systemów zab. technicznego

• konfigurowanie i programowanie urządzeń i elementów systemów

• zarządzanie uprawnieniami w systemach zab. tech.

• nadzór nad prawidłową realizacją usług świadczących przez firmy zewnętrze, w zakresie serwisu i konserwacji elektronicznych i mechanicznych systemów i zabezpieczeń, modernizacji i rozbudowy systemów oraz dostarczanych urządzeń

• przygotowywanie dokumentacji dotyczącej prowadzenia procesów zakupowych, rozliczeniowych, magazynowania sprzętu, prowadzonych prac serwisowych i konserwacyjnych

• udział w projektach dotyczących rozbudowy systemów związanych z bezpieczeństwem firmy, w szczególności w obszarze zabezpieczeń technicznych

• przygotowywanie i aktualizacja dokumentacji projektowej w obszarze zabezpieczeń technicznych

• udział w przeprowadzaniu odbiorów prac inwestycyjnych, eksploatacyjnych, konserwacyjnych

• monitorowanie zagrożeń i reagowanie na zauważone nieprawidłowości.

• prowadzenie ewidencji zdarzeń, usterek i incydentów

• opracowywanie okresowych analiz i raportów z zakresu bezpieczeństwa

• udział w tworzeniu i wdrażaniu regulacji wewnętrznych oraz instrukcji i procedur w zakresie zarządzania systemami

• wykonywanie bieżących i okresowych konserwacji urządzeń i instalacji systemów zabezpieczeń

• diagnostyka i naprawa uszkodzonych elementów systemów i instalacji.

• wykonywanie prac instalatorskich związanych z rozbudową i modernizacją systemów

• wykonywanie testów i uruchomień instalacji

• prowadzenie szkoleń pracowników ochrony i operatorów w zakresie obsługi systemów zab. tech.

WYMAGANIA:

• wykształcenie minimum średnie techniczne (elektryczne lub elektrotechniczne)

• doświadczenie na podobnym stanowisku min.3lat

• znajomość branży zabezpieczeń technicznych i systemów KD, CCTV, SSWiN , SAP

• prawo jazdy kat. B

• znajomość angielskiego B1/B2

• wpis na listę kwalifikowanych pracowników zabezpieczenia technicznego

• uprawnienia SEP do 1kV

• znajomość obsługi komputera oraz urządzeń sieciowych

• znajomość instalacji niskoprądowej

• zdolności manualne

RESPONSIBILITIES

• day-to-day operation and monitoring of the technical status of the systems of technical equipment

• configuring and programming equipment and system components

• managing authorisations for technical systems

• supervising the proper execution of services provided by external companies in the field of service and maintenance of electronic and mechanical systems and security systems, modernisation and extension of systems and supplied equipment

• preparation of documentation concerning the execution of purchasing processes, billing, storage of equipment, servicing and maintenance work carried out

• participating in projects concerning the extension of the company's security systems, particularly in the area of technical protection

• preparing and updating project documentation in the field of technical security

• taking part in the acceptance of investment, operating, and maintenance works

• monitoring risks and reacting to irregularities noted

• keeping records of events, faults and incidents

• preparing periodic security analyses and reports

• participating in the creation and implementation of internal regulations and systems management instructions and procedures

• performing ongoing and periodic maintenance of security systems equipment and installations

• diagnosing and repairing damaged components of systems and installations

• carrying out installation work for the expansion and modernisation of systems

• testing and commissioning of installationsconducting training of security personnel and operators in the operation of the systems

REQUIREMENTS:

• minimum secondary technical education (electrical or electrical engineering)

• experience in a similar position for at least 3 years

• knowledge of the technical security industry and of KD, CCTV, SSWiN, SAP systems

• Driving licence cat. B

• knowledge of English B1/B2

• entry on the list of qualified technical security personnel

• SEP license up to 1kV

• knowledge of computer and network equipment

• knowledge of low-current installations

• manual skills
