Your New Role…
Responsible for the day to day management, oversight and escalations of Order to Cash (OTC) activities within shared services and outsourced operations for multiple EMEA territories. Engages with Service Delivery Center and retained territory to ensure the successful delivery of services for OTC. Ensures compliance with policies and procedures, including SOX and other financial controls. Engages with Business Units / Territories to drive adoption of processes and standards in alignment with Corporate policies. Works with the OTC retained organization in Burbank to ensure global standards and improvements align to global standards and priorities.
Your Role Accountabilities…
Responsible at the Territory level for the following OTC activities:
Prioritization of SDC collections activities
Management of weekly operational calls with SDC
Management of Territory calls, as needed
Setting customer credit limits, initial and ongoing revisions if applicable for territory
Risk management with BUs
Handle escalated customer disputes
Handle escalated customer collection issues
Manage bad debt collection / write off process
Monthly BU A/R updates
Preparation of local A/R analysis
Preparation of home office reporting
Supervision of credit analysts
Manage team, Assist Enterprise Financial Services Director in the following areas:
Manage team (3-5 FTE initially, potentially more) Participate in global projects and managed regional initiatives as required
Ad hoc tasks as assigned
Qualifications & Experience…
Master/BA/BS and equivalent work experience in a related field required
5+ years’ experience within Accounts Receivable
2+ years’ experience leading/managing teams
Experience in process improvement projects
Advanced excel skills required. Mid-level for all other Microsoft applications required
SAP experience
Proactive, detail-oriented, exceptional organizational skills
Must possess strong analytical, problem-solving and judgment skills
Strong written and oral communication skills required
Must be self-motivated and able to work under a deadline and handle multiple tasks
Strong interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently as well as partner with others
Strong English language skills, knowledge of other European language German/French (preferred)
