Your New Role

The People & Culture Partner team is at the center of the P&C function. People Partners are connected to business units (BU) and work closely with the Leaders and the business to understand the BU’s talent strategy, initiatives and/or challenges and then in partnership with the COEs, strategizes and activates solutions that deliver high impact. Our team partners closely with the business to anticipate and deliver programs, products, and solutions to keep our talent engaged and our company competitive. We operate as one team. We are agile, whether we are helping structure an organization, fill a key role, develop new capabilities across the team or grow talent across all levels of the organization. We do the right thing, even when it is hard. We are trusted advisors to the business and collaborate with our People & Culture COEs to deliver programs and results across the organization.

Your Role Accountabilities

  • Drive the People & Culture strategy to meet the short-term and long-term needs of the business teams. Implement programs, training, change management initiatives, org design decisions, talent management etc.

  • Lead setting up of the technology function in Hyderabad (an extension of our Bangalore and Pune offices).

  • Provide advice, coaching, counselling, and mentoring to proactively create/maintain an inclusive, respectful, and safe work environment for a global client group.

  • Deliver exceptional employee experiences through the employee lifecycle. Ensure our organization’s treatment of employees is fair, respectful, and consistent with our business values and objectives. Proactively provide creative and engaging solutions to motivate employees at different career points.

  • Ability to manage and navigate very confidential and sensitive data. Should have a knack for data and analytics, metrics, and visualization. Use data to analyse trends to produce strategic, recommendations to business leaders and internal P&C teams.

  • Develop strong working relationships with all People & Culture COE functions to provide seamless support and guidance to clients including Recruitment, Learning & Development, HRIS, Compensation & Benefits, etc.

  • Manage/ contribute to global projects as part of the larger global P&C team.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Master’s degree in human resources with 4+ yrs of experience in business partnering

  • Successful track record as HR Business Partner in progressive, fast-paced environment.

  • Highly passionate about understanding & partnering with business with a genuine interest in people

  • Ability to influence stakeholders independently

  • Ability to work in an Ambiguous environment and apply good judgement to resolve problems

  • Build collaborative relationships within People & Culture team internationally as well as business teams & individual employees in business

  • Effective communication skills

  • Experience in managing technology teams

  • Having worked in a global matrixed organization is helpful
