Your New Role…

Provide on the ground support to senior Physical Production lead for day-to-day production activities on set.

Your Role Accountabilities…

  • Provide general clerical support to SVP Physical Production, ( i.e. scheduling meetings, answering phones, arranging travel and hotel accommodations, submitting expense reports, composing memos and correspondence, etc.)

  • Assist Line Producers in setting up all DC Studios production offices.

  • Arrange all pre-production travel, any initial paperwork, and Studio meetings before production crew is hired.

  • Coordinate/arrange travel and hotel accommodations, both international and domestic for Executives and for location scouts and pre-production crew.

  • Act as liaison between production units and studio departments to facilitate productions' needs and ensure implementation of and adherence to Warner Bros. Discovery policies and procedures.

  • Act as a liaison with talent agents on talent needs as well as scheduling, travel, etc.

  • Maintain production manuals and deal memo packets for all productions.

  • Keep track of all physical production assets at the wrap of a project and assist in coordinating the Productions' wrap to ensure return and storage of assets, hero props, blueprints, wardrobe, props & set dressing, office equipment, production binders & files, and location files.

  • Track DGA spreadsheets, create DGA credit residual charts and Employment Data Forms

  • Track storage of sets and production assets and arrange for disposal of assets on picture lock.

  • Maintain files and wrap documents for all productions

  • Do location research for projects prior to crew being hired. Interact with Film Commissions (both domestic and foreign) in researching potential shooting locations (considering creative vision, weather, incentives, local crew base, crew housing, etc. Also includes tax incentives inquiries, etc.

Qualifications & Experience…

  • College Degree preferred

  • Familiarity with agents, producers and film community in general

  • Strong interest in film and general film knowledge preferred.

  • Previous production experience required. Specifically working for a line producer on set.

  • Previous Production Coordinator experience strongly preferred.

  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook and FileMaker Pro required.

  • Knowledge of basic math, spelling, grammar, punctuation, and English usage.

  • Must have the ability to communicate effectively and tactfully with persons on all levels, in person and on the telephone.

  • Must have the ability to pay close attention to detail and understand written and oral instructions.

  • Must have the ability to organize and schedule work effectively.

  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Must be able to work independently and meet deadlines.

  • Must be able to work flexible hours, including overtime, when necessary.

In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the compensation, or a range thereof, for roles in locations where legally required. Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to external market data, internal equity, location, skill set, experience, and/or performance. Base pay is just one component of Warner Bros. Discovery’s total compensation package for employees. Pay Range: $37,521.00 - $69,682.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros. Discovery provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and sick time and vacation.
