Your New Role

Performs secretarial and administrative duties for SVP , Creative Strategy and Film Operations , including answering telephones, typing correspondence, scheduling appointments, making travel arrangements, managing invoicing and department reporting.

Your Role Accountabilities

  • Arrange executive calendar and schedule meetings, independently or as directed; Assist in coordination of special events, conferences, and other projects as needed.

  • Screen, log, and answer/place calls, in addition to greeting clients, talent, creative staff, and executives.

  • Coordinate international and domestic travel, and hotel accommodations for departmental team. Handle all aspects of travel, including expense reports.

  • Create reports, schedules, agendas, etc. Maintain various files, records, indexes, and logs. Distributes reports, documents, and other materials.

  • Prepares and submits expense reports

  • Orders and maintains supplies

  • Coordinates internal film screenings and events

  • Prepares DX and other shipments and coordinates courier requests

  • Perform other related duties and/or special projects as assigned.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Previous administrative experience supporting a senior executive strongly preferred.

  • Prior entertainment experience required

  • College Degree preferred

In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the compensation, or a range thereof, for roles in locations where legally required. Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to external market data, internal equity, location, skill set, experience, and/or performance. Base pay is just one component of Warner Bros. Discovery’s total compensation package for employees. Pay Range: $38,511.00 - $71,521.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros. Discovery provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and sick time and vacation.
